Dorchester Living has received NHBC Pride in the Job Awards across two of its active sites, with Heyford Park Phase 9 recognised for the third consecutive year and Oxney Quarter in Bordon for the second year.
The awards, presented annually by the NHBC to site managers who demonstrate the highest standards of house building, mark another year of consistent recognition for the developer across the two projects.
The NHBC recognition follows recent success for Dorchester Living at the Planning Awards, where Heyford Park received two accolades for Best Use of Brownfield Land in the Placemaking category and Plan-Making in the Planning category.
Taken together, the recognitions reflect Dorchester Living’s approach across the development lifecycle, creating ambitious, sustainable masterplans through to delivering high-quality homes.
Site manager Rob Ewers collected the award for Heyford Park Phase 9, part of Dorchester Living's flagship development on the former RAF Upper Heyford airbase in Oxfordshire, where over 1,200 homes have been delivered to date.
Mark Wheeler was recognised for Oxney Quarter, a residential phase within the Prince Philip Park regeneration in Whitehill and Bordon, Hampshire, redeveloping the former Prince Philip Barracks as a new mixed-tenure community.
